Single on Decca by Scottish pop singer from Airdrie near Glasgow, daughter of footballer Bobby Flavell.

Linda Flavell recorded later as Linda Scott and is also known as Linda Flavell Scott. She appeared at least once with Scottish beat band The Meridians, at the Pavilion Ballroom, Strathpeffer in February 1966.

Songwriters Kenny Young and Artie Resnick were frequent collaborators. One of their notable compositions is The Drifters' Under The Boardwalk (1964), also recorded by The Rolling Stones.

Kenny Young wrote and recorded My Aim Is To Please You, well known in Australia through The Executives' version.

 The trouble with red herrings... This song title (without And) has been much recycled, since at least as long ago as 1937 (see below). BMI lists at least 13 compositions called The Trouble With Me Is You.
